  Hess Systems Inc is a small business headquartered in Southern California. Hess Systems Inc is a software design house and a systems solutions provider to governments and commercial clients. The Hess Systems Inc staff is highly qualified in the areas of systems engineering, computer programming, software design, networking, cloud architecture & computing, Integration of sensors for aircraft/ships, Signal processing development frameworks, data centers, data mining, image processing, expert in RF systems & signal processing, hardware/software system design, signal analysis, design/production of RF monitoring/Signal Processing Systems, and graphical user interface design.  

  Hess Systems Inc has been fortunate in that the company has been able to parlay many of its designs and capabilities into products that are high performance, dependable and use commercial off-the-shelf technology to support customer needs for signal survey, collection, post-processing, analysis, IT infrastructure and data dissemination services. Hess Systems Inc products are developed to open standards to allow full compatibility with third party vendor products.  

Hess Systems Inc's IT infrastructure products are optimized for the cloud providing end-to-end interoperability of compute, storage and network services. 

 Our extensive experience began at Hollywood’s Special Effects Industry. Our CEO Lawrence Hess was hired by James Cameron to be the lead engineer on a special effects compositing system at Digital Domain that was used to make Titanic and later won an  Academy  Award for Technical Achievement. He then was tasked by Nothing Real, the software house that developed the compositor used by Peter Jackson for Lord of the Rings and King Kong. He later went on to work for Steven Spielberg at Dream Works to design their visual effects systems. Ultimately, Hess Systems Inc designed its own core technology platform, called Tornado to perform hundreds of complex image processing tasks with a simple user friendly graphic interface.
